Town Quay, Barking
The Mill Pool and Town Quay on the River Roding, a tidal tributary of the River Thames at Barking in East London. Once the home of various fishing fleets, notably the Short Blue, the area lay largely derelict until the 1980s/90s when it started to be regenerated for businesses and domestic dwellings.
This area of the Roding is sometimes referred to as Barking Creek.
